The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
This is what I have been reading this week. The book has been a fascinating read about habit theory with object human stories to help make the content more personal. Over all I feel this has been a good easy read that has provided me with a better understanding of how habits function and are created. It has also reinforced that while habits can be changed, there is no shortcut to targeted and consistent focus over time. It has also been interesting to look back at some of my own habits and figure out what my triggers are and how they came about.
